Important Information About Your Order

Our support team will reach out within 3 business days of placing your order to confirm any necessary details—such as custom colour selections—and to begin coordinating your delivery.

 

Delivery Information

We deliver to most locations within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) without any additional shipping charges, and to most locations in Ontario beyond the GTA for a location-specific charge (calculated before check-out). We will contact you to coordinate your delivery 3 business days after your order is confirmed. The earliest available delivery date is always 8 weeks from the purchase date.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please confirm the following:

- Your road is at least 9.9 ft (3 m) wide. A vehicle measuring 9.9 ft (3 m) wide by 40 ft (12.2 m) long can park easily.
- The delivery vehicle can get within 20 meters walking distance of your property.
- The route is free of obstructions.
- All cabinet products ordered will fit through the entrance of the delivery location.

If you answer "no" to any of the above points, don't worry! We may still be able to deliver. Contact us before placing your order, and we will discuss alternative delivery options.

 

Minimum Order Amount

Each checkout includes one style only.

We require:

- A minimum of $1,000 per style (per checkout)

- A minimum total of $4,000 (before tax) per project

Projects with multiple styles must be placed as separate checkouts.

To count toward a single project and meet the $4,000 minimum, all orders must be placed within 7 days of each other.

 

Additional Order Items

If you need to add items to your order after your original purchase, for example if you've missed something, please be aware that additional lead times and delivery charges may apply. To order additional items, please contact us.

 

Order Cancellations

Once you place an order, you have 24 hours to cancel or edit your order. To make changes during this 24-hour period, please contact us. You may experience a delay in reply outside of operating hours, but we will honour all changes and cancellations made within the 24-hour period.
 

 

Warranty and Damages

In the unlikely event that your cabinets arrive in less than perfect condition, please get in touch with us immediately through our contact us page. To help us assess the issue, kindly send photographs of the product taken from various angles and distances. Each damage claim must also include the name of the product, the order number, and a description of the damage.

Customers have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to report any damage. Furthermore, claims made with photos taken after installation will not be valid, as we cannot verify if any issues were caused during the installation process. We strongly recommend inspecting the product as soon as possible after delivery.

Our Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience issues with your cabinetry, please let our team know. We will arrange for replacement parts, repairs, or, if necessary, complete replacements.
