We recently worked with Palet for our kitchen renovation. They were awesome to work with from start to finish. Andre truly knows his stuff, and cares about all the minutiae that makes a kitchen work and a project run smoothly. The entire experience was exceptional.

The cabinets are really solid. You can tell there's a lot of pride in their craftsmanship. Where most other companies we talked to were offering cheap materials, Palet was able to deliver plywood boxes, top line hardware, dovetail joinery and veneer fronts for a great price. We're super impressed with the end result.

When it came time to install, everything was on time and came well organized and packed with care. We then worked with their recommended installer (Juan) who covered every last detail required to make our dream kitchen a reality.

We love our new kitchen, and are so thankful to Andre and the Palet team for delivering.

We had an outstanding experience with Palet Cabinetry, from design through fabrication and delivery, to after delivery service. We wanted to closely match the design of cabinets elsewhere in our home. Andre was a pleasure to work with, going above and beyond, taking the time to ensure a proper fit in a fairly tight space.

You can see the dovetail construction of the drawers. Their advertising is accurate: they offer customization and a wide selection of finishes, solid construction using top-quality hardware, for not much more than you'd pay for IKEA units. Very satisfied, full marks!

Palet's products are great, but the real star is their customer service. From start to finish, Andre and his team provided amazing support in planning and executing our kitchen overhaul - we truly couldn't have asked for better. We love our new Palet kitchen!

This review is long overdue as we've had an incredibly hectic year, but I wanted to make sure I took the time to recognize the outstanding experience we had with PALET Cabinetry.

From our very first meeting, Andre Brault was absolutely exceptional. He was our main point of contact throughout the entire project, and his customer service was truly top tier. Andre was friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and made what could have been a stressful renovation feel smooth and manageable. He even made house calls, walked us through every step of the process, and was always available to answer questions and provide honest advice.

One of the biggest challenges was our timeline. When we first visited PALET, my wife was seven months pregnant, so we needed our kitchen completed quickly before the baby arrived. Andre and the entire PALET team worked incredibly hard to accommodate our schedule without compromising on quality.

Beyond building a beautiful kitchen, PALET helped us design the perfect space for our family. They provided material samples, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even connected us with interior designers to ensure we were making the right choices. What really sets PALET apart is their ability to offer customization very close to what you'd expect from fully bespoke/boutique millwork shops, but at a much more accessible price point and with significantly faster turnaround times. That balance is hard to find, and they absolutely deliver on it.

After months of planning every inch of our kitchen renovation, I can confidently say that PALET exceeded every expectation. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted: a high-quality, custom feel without the luxury price tag. That meant picking out my own custom cabinet colour (something most flat-pack and ready-assembled options simply don't offer), a walnut wood finish, and the flexibility to design the space myself. PALET delivered on all of it!

Andre was fantastic throughout the entire process. No matter how many ideas I threw his way (many inspiration photos and AI kitchen layout mock-ups), he was responsive and always found a way to make it work. It felt like a genuine collaboration from start to finish.

From a practical standpoint: the project came in on time, pricing was completely transparent with no surprise fees at the end, and everything arrived in great condition. One cabinet door had a small production defect and they sent a replacement right away, no fuss.

My dad and I installed the cabinets ourselves, which ended up being one of the highlights of the project. The self-levelling legs and clip system for the doors and drawers made everything straightforward and we had a great time doing it.

I also want to mention how easy and enjoyable their website and checkout process was. I've heard shopping for cabinets isn't usually fun, but PALET made it genuinely enjoyable, which was not something I could say about any of the other companies I looked at.

I'm a serious home cook and the kitchen has quickly become the place where everyone in the family likes to gather. A lot of thought went into every detail, and the PALET team helped make that happen. We loved them so much we used them for our laundry room too, and we will absolutely be back for any future home. 1000/10. Highly recommend Andre and the whole team!

Great cabinets and very easy to deal with. Nice quality, lots of options for customization of size and colour. Andre went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and that nothing got forgotten. The personal touch goes a long way. Our new kitchen looks great.

We purchased kitchen cabinetry for our condo to improve storage and couldn't be happier. The quality is excellent, the online process was easy, and the final result looks great. Would definitely recommend.

We love our new kitchen! The quality and pricing are fantastic. We went with the Natural Oak wood veneer finish and Dovetail Drawers. It looks beautiful with our white oak flooring. We came up with a lot of the design ourselves, but PALET was super helpful with offering suggestions and finalizing details.

We met with one of the interior designers from their network over Zoom, which was very helpful as a tie-breaker for design decisions my partner and I were struggling to agree on. Delivery was timely, smooth and without any damage. Our contractor had no problems with installation, and PALET included some extra pieces so our contractor could cut some oak slabs around a bulkhead.

We also went with a bench (with integrated storage) which might be my favourite part of the kitchen. Despite their lack of a large showroom, Andre's knowledge and the samples he showed us at their studio instilled confidence. The pricing was transparent, and we were able to get the Oak kitchen of our dreams that would have cost much more at traditional custom kitchen cabinetry makers. Thanks PALET!

Ordered a custom sideboard and small island in the dark green melamine to add a little more storage to my kitchen. I'm really happy with the matte finish (better than I expected) and the overall quality is noticeably better than my other cabinetry. Online process was super smooth too.

We used PALET for our kitchen cabinetry and the whole experience was smooth and professional. The quality cabinets and boxes are very impressive, and we love the custom paint finish & walnut woodgrain we chose. Ordering and payment online of this scale was something new for us, but it was easy and everything arrived as expected.

Andre and the team were responsive, knowledgeable, and provided great service throughout. For installation we ended up going with one of their recommended installers, Juan, who impressed us with his attention to detail and kindness. We intend to get their cabinets again for our basement kitchen in the future.

I recently installed two PALET kitchens in Toronto and was impressed with the cabinetry. I've worked in millwork and have been installing kitchen cabinets for over 30 years, and I can say certain quality details stood out to me, from the thick cabinet backs to the wood dovetail drawer boxes, everything was very well built and sturdy.

One kitchen was a painted kitchen and one was a melamine woodgrain kitchen, and I thought both finishes were done well. During installation, Andre and support were helpful and responsive too, which made the process quite smooth. Also supplied filler pieces for scribing and concealing duct work.

One tip for future orders: I'd add an extra inch or so on some end panels for scribing to ensure a perfect fit, as their standard sizes don't account for this. Ultimately, good product and experience and I'll look to get their cabinets again.

I was doing a full home renovation and didn't know much about kitchens. I had done a quick design using the 3D Ikea kitchen design tool but I didn't like any of the finishes IKEA was offering. I was thinking of getting Bokea custom fronts for Ikea boxes, but then I discovered PALET which I found out handled not just custom fronts but the whole cabinet too - and at a much higher quality than Ikea. When I contacted PALET, I got really good customer service right from the start to help with my order. The site explained different options for the cabinet door styles, and we were able to quickly see the full cost online before purchase.

My father in law, who is a cabinet maker, said that the PALET cabinets were very well made when they arrived. I also liked that they were delivered pre-assembled, making our job of installation so much easier. PALET let us pick custom colours which was key for me - I went with a honey yellow for the uppers and deep brownish purple for the island and we love the result. One thing I wish they did was also sell the handle hardware. But I was able to source some vintage brass knobs on my own time.

Overall I would say the accessible prices, the excellent customer service and the quality Canadian craftsmanship is what I loved about PALET. It was no question that we would go with them again for my basement kitchen: 5/5.

The cabinets arrived fully assembled, painted, and in pristine condition. They were well packaged and I loved the “made in Canada” labels. The quality of the boxes, hinges and paint finish exceeded my expectations, allowing me to build the custom painted kitchen I always wanted while staying within my budget.

I was initially hesitant to order cabinets online, but their intuitive website, clear product images and customer service gave me the confidence to move forward with the order.

Once the cabinets arrived, the installation was easier than expected as the boxes came fully square and assembled. I only needed a drill, a level and a box of screws to mount the cabinets, which saved me money (and headaches) on install. If I were to order from PALET again, I would add on some extra painted trim pieces, as I used these in many places to create a sense of visual unity and cohesion within the room.

Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience with PALET and would highly recommend their products.
