Terms and Conditions for Palet Design Credit

Eligibility:

• The design credit does not apply to purchases made on Trade orders.
• It cannot be used in conjunction with any Trade discounts and is not stackable with other coupons unless specifically stated in the applicable coupon or discount.

 

Exclusions:

• The credit does not apply to taxes, shipping and handling, or designer swatch packages.
• It cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

 

Redemption Process:

 

• Customers must submit an invoice or receipt for the requested credit amount before making a purchase.
• A coupon code for the approved credit amount will be provided to the customer via email.
• Promo codes and credits are limited to one per order.

 

Usage Restrictions:

 

• Credits are calculated based on the order subtotal before shipping and applicable taxes and after other discounts have been applied.
• Credits are not considered store credit and are subject to expiration.

 

Validity:

• Design credits are valid for six months from the issue date.
• Credits will be sent via email 30 days after the required information has been submitted.
